Filter
Design
The filter is constructed
from pre-galvanised panels to form a modular construction and
can be expanded as individual demands in air volume increase.
The bottom section of the filter houses the hopper which can
be supplied in 3 designs, chain, rotary valve and bin.
Cleaning of the filter is by a reverse air fan situated in the
air outlet of each filter module, with cleaning intervals
being determined by the dust loading and controlled by the
electrical control system.
Explosion doors are fitted to each filter module and are also
used to access the clean side of the filter during
maintenance. All doors are ATEX tested and
approved.
Dust pre-separation inlet modules are incorporated into each
filter and are equipped with a non-return mechanism, also an
explosion relief door is fitted in these modules.
The filter media within the filter is tubular in construction
and is manufactured to meet the current and future legislation
regarding dust in air tests.
All filters are manufactured in accordance with E.U. Machine
Directive , CE marked accordingly and are fully ATEX approved.
Chain
Filters
The CADES Modular Chain
Filter Type JHK D&T has been designed for medium to large air
and material volumes. These filters are well suited for
air volumes from 15,000 to 250,000 cubic metres/hour and are
used extensively throughout the joinery and furniture
industry.
Rotary
Valve Filters
The CADES Modular Rotary
Valve Filter Type JHS has been designed for small to medium
air and material volumes. These filters are well suited
for air volumes from 2,500 to 30,000 cubic metres/hour and are
used extensively throughout the joinery and furniture
industry.
Bin
Filter
The CADES Bag / Bin
Filter Type JHS T has been designed for small air and material
volumes. These filters are well suited for air volumes
up to 18,000 cubic metres/hour and are used mainly for small joinery
or panel workshops.
Cyclone Filters
The Cades cyclone filter
type PHL has been designed for both large and small air and
material volumes. These filters are ideal for 24 hour
running and can have continuous cleaning of the filter media
by means of a high pressure jet fan mounted on a moving
carriage. The filter unit is also very compact which
allows it to be used if space is a limiting factor.
